What does Meconnue mean?

Meconnue is french for the word Unknown. Meconnue as a brand means to never let the fear of the unknown determine how successful you can be.

When was Meconnue established?

Meconnue was established in 2023.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow up 2-4 business days for items on hand. For pre-orders please allow up to 3-6 weeks for items to ship to you. Pre-orders are made to specific order so they will take time.

Can I get a refund?

At Meconnue ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds issued after purchasing from Meconnue. It is important that you double check all information entered prior to finalizing your order.

Can I get an exchange?

At Meconnue ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no exchanges once an item has been shipped from our HQ. It is important that you check all size charts and ensure you are getting the correct sizes. 

What carrier can I expect my package from?

We ship packages through all carriers. USPS, FedEx, and UPS are all carriers we use. Once the packages are in the hands of the carrier we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address etc.

What happens if I put an incorrect address?

You will need to alert our customer service team as soon as the order is placed via chat on our website or email us meconnue333@gmail.com If the order has already shipped out unfortunately we are not responsible for that mistake, as it is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct information. There will be NO refund issued.
